At Shannon Meats, all our meats are hand-cut by our skilled butchers, ensuring consistent quality and freshness every day. Unlike mechanical dicers, our traditional methods preserve the integrity and texture of the meat, delivering superior products to our customers. We source our meats daily from a select group of suppliers, primarily from the UK and the EU, but also from further afield to maintain competitiveness and ensure the freshest possible products with the longest available shelf life.

Over the years, we have developed a highly stable supply chain that our customers rely on and trust. We adhere to the principle that quality comes at a price, firmly believing that you get what you pay for. While wholesale prices may fluctuate daily, we maintain fixed prices for our customers, only adjusting them when there are permanent market changes.

Shannon Meats offers an extensive range of chilled (fresh) and frozen meat products. For more rare items, we may require a few days' notice to ensure we meet your specific needs.
